IT Support Live Chat - The quickest way to get IT Support!

The IT Service Desk remains open during this time of remote operations, via email and phone voicemail, but both of those require you to wait for a reply, possibly up to several hours. The third way to get help is our Live Chat tool, a real-time connection to IT support staff.

Live Chat Support can be found on the IT Self Service Portal

Live Chat is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM. Outside of those hours the button will not be visible, but you can still submit a request by email or voicemail.
